Deb McCormick
Founder, Lead Strategist
Deb McCormick, founder of TeamedUp Consulting, is best known for her work as a strategic thinking partner to leaders wanting to build high-performing, self-directed teams. With a client base ranging from small startups to Fortune 100 companies, Deb equips leaders and their teams to think and work even better together.
Deb earned her master’s degree in Organizational Communications Consulting from Oklahoma State University and since, has more than 30 years experience as a strategist, facilitator, and executive adviser. Before starting her own firm, she was the Director of Organizational Effectiveness with HDI Consulting in Dallas and Senior Leadership Consultant with the internal consulting team for Johnson & Johnson Corporate, supporting its many companies across the country. Deb has also served as a Visiting Professor In the College of Communications at both Oklahoma State University and McNeese State University, teaching both public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
Her executive leadership experience, prior to consulting, focused on building and leading teams to turn around troubled markets and open new ones in the highly competitive field of medical sales. This, coupled with her experience as a successful entrepreneur and owner of several small businesses, has given her the practical, relevant, hands-on knowledge of how to impact business results through people strategies.
Allison Jones
Project Manager, Change Strategist
Allison earned her MBA from Louisiana State University and her undergrad from McNeese State University. She has over 10 years experience working as an internal Human Resource Consultant for a global chemical manufacturer. Her education, coupled with her experience successfully managing high level projects that supported company-wide change initiatives, provides critical insight into the technical arm of people and change strategies. She digs deep, synthesizes information quickly, and mobilizes people toward action.

Deb regularly teams up with other talented consultants, researchers, strategists, analysts, facilitators, instructional designers and graphic designers she has collaborated with over the years, as the scope of client projects require.
