As a Strategic Thinking Partner, I help leaders think more clearly about themselves, their people, and the decisions they face. Together, we cut through complexity, uncover what's really getting in the way, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and conviction.

I've built and led teams, turned around underperforming markets, opened new ones, navigated mergers and acquisitions, started and grown businesses, and partnered with organizations ranging from entrepreneurial companies to Fortune 100 enterprises across healthcare, manufacturing, energy, chemicals, financial services, higher education, nonprofit, and professional services.

That breadth of experience allows me to see challenges from multiple perspectives—not only as an advisor, but as someone who understands the realities of leading people, making difficult decisions, and being accountable for results.

My work is grounded in decades of behavioral research, proven organizational development methodologies, and practical experience helping leaders improve business performance through people.

Prior to founding TeamedUP Consulting, I served in executive leadership, consulting, sales, and organizational effectiveness roles with organizations including Johnson & Johnson, McKesson Medical, Human Dynamics, and CORT. I hold a master's degree in organizational communication consulting from Oklahoma State University in addition to certifications in CliftonStrengths, MBTI, Working Genius, DDI, Crucial Conversations, and Five Dysfunctions of a Team. 

I don't believe my role is to give leaders the answers. Most already possess more knowledge, experience, and wisdom than they realize.

My role is to help leaders think more clearly.

I ask questions that uncover assumptions, connect patterns others don't immediately see, distinguish symptoms from root causes, and challenge conventional thinking when necessary. 

Sometimes, I simply help leaders rediscover what they already know—but have stopped trusting.

That's why clients often leave our conversations with something more valuable than answers.
