During our workshops, meetings, and retreats you will find yourself interacting regularly, challenging your thinking and the thinking of others, creating ideas that make you reach for the nearest hand to "high five," moving around, building things, playing (seriously), and laughing and learning about yourself and your team.

Adult learning theories and experiential facilitation teach us that adults learn best and retain more in an environment that is highly interactive, where most of their senses are engaged, where their ideas matter, where they are "experiencing" the learning, and where they see potential for immediate application. All of our programs are developed with the understanding that teams are made up of individuals who grasp information, process information, and retain information differently. An active learning format (doing, reflecting, applying) is foundational in our approach and success.

To sum it up—we offer relevant information, practical solutions, and simple wisdom—in an interactive and imaginative format tailored especially for your team. Our programs inspire and equip teams to function at their highest level.
